Yorkshire-based Bree’osh take pride in handcrafting ready-to-eat pastry-free brioche buns, with a fully encased savoury filling.

Inspired by her fondness for baking as a child and her experiences of travelling the world, founder Leeza Murina has created an award-winning European-influenced bake that’s handmade using locally sourced ingredients and a dough recipe that has been passed down through six generations of family bakers.
