​1. Triple Cheese piroshki and Beef & Onion piroshki = Roasted sweet potato or sweet potato chips plus Ploughmans Pickle.

2. Sea Bass & Cod piroshki = Wilted Spinach.

3. Salmon & Cream Cheese piroshki and Goats Cheese vatrushka = Asparagus.

4. Lamb, Apricot & Chestnut piroshki = Green vegetables (especially romanesco or brocolli) plus plenty of mint sauce.

5. Russian Honey Cake = Raspberries. 6. Finnish Archipelago bread = Smoked Salmon and, in partcular, smoked salmon pate.
